More weather alerts on Wednesday. These are yellow for rain and thunderstorms in the north and northeast from 4am to 11am – up to 25 litres of rainfall per square metre in one hour. Given experience of the past few days, it is possible these alerts could apply elsewhere and for longer. Weather stations in other parts of Mallorca are pointing to a very high probability of rain (plus thunderstorms), especially in the morning. Some sunny spells at times.

For the rest of the week and into the weekend, there is a risk of rain, the greatest likelihood at present being late on Friday and on Saturday. There should, however, be more prolonged periods of sunshine. On Monday next week, strong winds are currently forecast.
